Zion Narrows Campgrounds

I found a great site, http://www.angelfire.com/rnb/shineylewis/home.html, with tons of information about backpacking the Zion Narrows, but it isn't too specific about campground sizes. I am in charge of planning an extended family hiking trip from top to bottom of the narrows. I need to know how many people each campground holds to find out what one I need to reserve.

I was seriously looking in to backpacking that a couple summers ago, but then I hurt my leg bad. I didn't end up ever doing it, but maybe I'll try this summer!

Campsite #1 - 6 People
Campsite #2 - 4 People
Campsite #3 - 4 People
Campsite #4 - 6 People
Campsite #5 - 2 People
Campsite #6 - 4 People
Campsite #7 - 6 People
Campsite #8 - 12 People
Campsite #9 - 6 People
Campsite #10 - 6 People
Campsite #11 - 4 People
Campsite #12 - 6 People ***This is the one I stayed at. It is nice because you work the first day and get to camp right before dark, then you don't have a major hike the next day.***

I'm excited for it! I heard there are some nice spots there you have to swim right? Camp spot #12 sounds good in the way that you don't have a long hike the next day, like you said, but that just means you have to push yourself the first day, and I just found out that most of my family backed out after hearing more about the hike. So it looks like it will only be 6 or 7 of us now.

While looking up info on the Narrows I found the hike Subway. It sounds like a good day hike that the rest of my family could do while we are doing the narrows. What about that hike? Is that a good family one?
